This SMS Privacy Policy describes how PNEI NeuroCode™ collects, uses, and protects information related to our text messaging program. It applies only to SMS communications.
You opt in to receive text messages from us by checking the SMS consent box on our registration form and providing your mobile phone number. By doing so, you give us your express written consent to send you text messages, including messages sent by automatic dialing technology.
Providing your mobile number and opting in to SMS is completely optional. You can register for our educational content without opting in to text messages.
When you opt in to text messages, we collect the following information:
We use the information collected through SMS opt-ins solely for the following purposes:
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your mobile number is one of the most sensitive pieces of information we hold. We treat it accordingly. We share your phone number only with our SMS messaging service provider, which is under contract with us and is bound by data protection obligations. They use your number for one purpose only: delivering the messages you have consented to receive.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors providing support services (such as customer service) is permitted only as necessary to deliver the SMS program. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
After you opt out, we will retain a record of your opt-out request for compliance purposes only. We will not send you further marketing text messages from that program.
You will receive between 2 and 6 messages per month, depending on the educational events you have registered for and any consultation appointments you have booked.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge any fee for text messages, but your wireless carrier may.
Supported U.S. carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or registration. You can complete any registration or transaction without opting in to text messages. If you choose not to opt in, you will still receive any transactional emails associated with your registration or purchase.
We retain records of your SMS opt-in (including date, time, and consent text) for as long as you remain opted in, and for a minimum period after opt-out as required by applicable telecommunications regulations.
You may request deletion of your phone number from our records at any time by emailing us at the address below. Deletion will be processed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
