These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the PNEI NeuroCode™ text messaging program. By opting in to text messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The PNEI NeuroCode™ SMS program is operated by Vita Wellness by C.J. LLC. The program sends text messages to subscribers who have opted in. Messages include educational webinar reminders, appointment confirmations for booked consultation calls, and occasional updates about new educational programs.
To opt in, complete the registration form and check the SMS consent box. You must provide a valid mobile phone number that you are authorized to use. By opting in, you provide your express written consent to receive text messages from us, including messages sent by automatic dialing technology.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or registration. You may register for our educational content and consultation services without opting in to SMS.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The SMS program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that messages will be delivered on time or without error. We are not liable for any delays, failures in delivery, or undelivered messages.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. If you change your mobile phone number, please notify us so we can update our records, or your messages may continue to be sent to the previous number.
These SMS Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
